Talented chefs at Rosen Centre abound and can be found wowing our guests daily using their arsenal of culinary tools -- from the sharpest sushi knives to metates for grinding corn for tapas … to power saws? It takes all kinds! And just the right piece of equipment for our own Chef Tony to lovingly transform 600 pound chunks of ice into delicate glass-like sculptures that grace the tables at our holiday buffets. Chef Tony takes the term "culinary arts" quite seriously with "ice art" that delights young and young at heart at our buffets, weddings and other special events.
