Chef Frank brings a background of education from Johnson & Wales University and over 40 years of culinary experience. He has dazzled diners at Orlando’s major theme park restaurants and now makes his Rosen Plaza debut with PALATE. Chef Frank’s immediate impact on Jack's Place Restaurant has elevated the dining experience. He's quickly infused the culinary team with his style of creativity and imagination.
