As guests indulge in course after mouth-watering course, Orlando food critic Scott Joseph will serve as host along with Rosen Hotels & Resorts President & COO Harris Rosen, who will share some of his personal recollections and experiences related to the building of Rosen Shingle Creek, his most luxurious hotel, as well as the steakhouse he named for a favorite novel, "A Land Remembered" by Florida novelist Patrick Smith.
